About Us

With over a decade of successful NCAA viewing tournament competition. YBA/WCE have produced over 200+ Alumni who have played NCAA ball and over 12 NBA/Pro Players.

In 2021 YBA ELITE signed a Partnership with 3 Step, UA Rise, West Coast Elite and will now be a proud partner of Under Armour.

Our Program

Our 17U Elite Rise team, lead by Coach Collins, will provide our athletes the opportunity to showcase their IQ & skill sets on a national stage. UA Rise players will compete in BIG time games in BIG time tournaments.

Description: Extremely athletic, very dynamic point guard with the ability to make precision passes and be a floor general at all times. Very few turnovers and is a traditional pass-first point guard. Shoots passing lanes well and can pick apart a defense at any given moment. Thrives in the fastbreak in up-tempo basketball. Also, is capable of scoring if needed.

Description: An enforcer on the court, great rim protector, and very self-aware. Capable of averaging 10 rebounds, 10 points, and 5 blocks. Never backs down from any challenge. Great athletic ability. Extremely fast and mobile for his size. Capable of guarding 2-5.

Description: Tough as nails and extremely quick. He is baseline-to-baseline the fastest player on the team and shoots the 3 at a high percentage. Another natural pass-first point guard and plays with a chip on his shoulder. He will also lock up 94 feet. Omare can get to the basket and finish at a high rate. Also great at post-entry passes. Has a desire to go to an HBCU.

Description: By far the most athletic player on the team. Aiden has Division 1 athleticism and is an extremely versatile defender. He has a wingspan of 6’10 and a vertical jump ability of 37 inches. He is a natural slasher but also has a solid jump shot. He can guard multiple positions and always wants to win.

Description: Jadon is a big guard who is capable of using his strength, size and power to dictate his play on the court. He can get to the rim and absorb contact with his strong body and presence. He is a power guard that bullies smaller opponents but is quicker than larger opponents. He is ambidextrous so he is capable of finishing at both sides of the basket.

Description: Dylan can play all 5 positions and has a very unorthodox style of play but is a utility knife. He is a player that will fill up the stat sheet with points, rebounds, steals, and assists. He is a glue guy and a selfless teammate. He has great work ethic and is extremely coachable. Also, excels at 3-point shooting. A great option for a penetrate-and-kick point guard.

Description: A tweener capable of playing 3-5. Elijah is also ambidextrous. He loves to attack the basket but always looks to make the correct basketball play. He is also capable of defending all positions and sees the floor very well. He can start a fast break with rebounding and putting the ball on the floor. Very similar to what Draymond Green is to the Warriors.

Description: Very active and mobile. Has extreme athletic upside. Has good hands and can finish around the rim. He is capable of knocking down a 3-point shot, making him a stretch big. Where he excels is his shot-blocking ability as he will chase down offensive players and get blocks off the backboard. He is capable of averaging a double-double if put in the right circumstance.

Description: A natural scorer. He can easily create his own shot but can also be a catch and shoot guard as well. In his league, he averaged 18-points per game but also takes defense very seriously. He is someone the defense always has to acknowledge as he is capable of getting hot in a short amount of time. Also, can make plays for his teammates.

Description: Hard worker and very self-aware. Eli is a great teammate and is capable of knocking down the corner 3. He is a player that is willing to do the dirty work and will fight for every rebound and every loose ball. He thrives in a catch-and-shoot situation and would be a prime candidate for a lot of Division 3 colleges.

Position: Forward / Center
Height: 6’7
Cumulative GPA: 3.35

Description: What Cab might lack in height he makes up in power and size. With his 235-pound frame, he is built like a Division 1 football player but plays the game like a high-level power forward. He can knock down the mid-range shot. His rebounding is very advanced, and he is an immovable object. Taller bigs have a hard time dealing with his strength and power. In the low post, he can absorb contact and finish at the rim.
